Buying a New Laptop, post 2

This the maiden voyage of the HP dv7-1264nr Super Machine; voyage into mama’s world of blogging, anyway! 😀
I was *so* excited to wake up this morning, after the skipping of a whole hour of waiting! I checked on line, Office Max opens at 10 am Sundays. We planned well ahead & had cash in handsHere we are just before becoming Laptop ParentsScotty had to work, so we carried the box to Block 15, with great joy. He got to take a break and open our gift togetherAaaaah, the new laptop smellAnd the warm-upand more warm-upan explosion of dead trees to clean upGetting closer (and by the way, Hayden is incredibly patient through the process… without breakfast! He’s not so giddy he’s manic, nor is he grumpy and tired. Balanced. Yeah, like that.)Welcome indeed!It’s got a super chrome finishand a remote control. Yes, a remote control for the dvd player 😀 Hayden even typed up the registration information 🙂I’m sure my turn is nearing it’s end, so I shall finish up and hand this machine back over to the luckiest little guy in the universe ♥
